Music
Acoustic goodness for your mental health.
Whatever you’re feeling, there is normally a person or place you’d like to share it with. Often feelings (not just emotions), are also associated with sounds or different kinds of music. While I don’t rely on music be able to convey what I am feeling, it feels fulfilling to be listening to things that resonate with where I am at that point of time. This isn’t just a way of expressing emotion; it is for every random feeling. So while for some people music makes them FEEL something, I listen to things that somehow better explain to me what I am feeling and get me to go what I can’t.
Here are some playlists we found to fit a variety of feelings well and we wanted to share them with you.
